Who we are

Visible (visible.fyi) is a product of Rabbithole Labs. For any question about this notice or your data, write to hello@visible.fyi.

What we collect through the form

When you send the early access or free scan form, we store:

• Your email address.
• Your business name.
• Your website. We keep only the domain, like yourbusiness.com.
• Your preferred language.
• Your city and type of business, if you give them.
• When you agreed to this notice and which version of it you saw.
• Which form you used (early access or free scan) and how many times you sent it.
• A one-way fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash) of your browser's user agent text, used only to spot abuse. We never store the user agent text itself.
• The status of your request, for example on the list or scan sent.

What we do not collect

We do not store your IP address. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site sets one cookie to remember your language, and your browser keeps your light or dark theme choice on your device.

Why we use it

• To contact you about early access to Visible.
• To run your free scan and email you the link to your results, when you ask for one.
• To prevent abuse of the form and of the free scan.

The free scan

When the free scan is available and you ask for one, we send about 10 questions to ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic), built from your business name, type of business and city. The questions never contain your email address. We store the answers, the businesses they name and a private results page.

Anyone who has the results link can open that page. It shows your business name and city, never your email or website, and it stops working 30 days after the scan.

Who processes it for us

• Vercel, which hosts this site.
• Railway, which runs the service that stores your request and runs the scan.
• Supabase, which hosts the database.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person and not a bot is sending the form. Cloudflare processes technical data from your browser to do this.
• OpenAI and Anthropic, which answer the scan questions. They receive the questions, which contain your business name and city, and never your email.
• Resend, which will send the results email once email sending is turned on.

How long we keep it

Results links work for 30 days. Your form details stay until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your data, email hello@visible.fyi from the address you used. When we delete your data we also turn off any results link. If you ask us to, we keep only a one-way fingerprint of your email address so the form does not add you again.

Changes

If we change what we collect or why, we update this page and its version.
